Today it’s vegetables
With a carefree attitude
If we put them in the pot
It’s the vegetarhythm!
Mom plans the menu
While dad is at work
Everyone is smiling
It’s the vegetarhythm!
Cut them, cook them, peel them, give them out, boil them, steam them, leave them like that… raw
It’s the vegetarhythm!
If you get sad*
Let’s put them in the pot
Everyone likes it
It’s the vegetarhythm!
I just want to tell you
I’m in love
I really like them
It’s the vegetarhythm!
Turnip, potato, parsley, celery, squash, tomato, mix them all together… in the pot
Cut them, cook them, peel them, give them out, boil them, steam them, leave them like that… raw (It’s the vegetarhythm!)
*As a note, my best guess for the line marked [unintelligible] is 『正しくなったら』”When it’s perfect,” but it is very difficult for me to make out, and could be any number of other things.
There may also be other errors. I’m always open to suggestions, and am by no means an expert.
Edit: Thanks to nuggles for catching the line that I couldn’t make out. (I think someone else also messaged me about this a while ago, but I can’t recall who, and forgot to edit the post, apparently. I didn’t forget, though, and will gladly credit you if you like. You’ll just have to tell me who you are.)
